  • Cayenne pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into chunks
  • Red onion - 1 small, cut into chunks
  • Skewers (wooden or metal) - 4

Steps

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 15 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
