  • Cucumber - 1 medium (200 grams), diced
  • Red onion - 1/4 medium (30 grams), finely chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup (15 grams), chopped
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (3 grams)
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon (1 gram)
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon (2 grams)

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
