Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced fennel and minced garlic, sautéing for about 5-7 minutes until the fennel is tender and slightly caramelized. Season with salt and black pepper.
