- Mozzarella cheese - 200 grams
- Cream cheese - 30 grams
- Almond flour - 70 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Mozzarella cheese (topping) - 100 grams
- Pepperoni - 50 grams
- Bell pepper (sliced) - 50 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 200 grams of mozzarella cheese and 30 grams of cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and then heat for another 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 70 grams of almond flour, 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix well until a dough forms.
- Add the melted cheese mixture to the dough and combine until smooth and cohesive.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and press it out into a circular pizza shape, about 1/2 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread 100 grams of tomato sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle 100 grams of mozzarella cheese evenly on top, then add 50 grams of pepperoni and sliced bell peppers.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and enjoy!
