Ingredients

  • Mozzarella cheese - 200 grams
  • Cream cheese - 30 grams
  • Almond flour - 70 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese (topping) - 100 grams
  • Pepperoni - 50 grams
  • Bell pepper (sliced) - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 200 grams of mozzarella cheese and 30 grams of cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and then heat for another 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 70 grams of almond flour, 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix well until a dough forms.
  4. Add the melted cheese mixture to the dough and combine until smooth and cohesive.
  5. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and press it out into a circular pizza shape, about 1/2 cm thick.
  6. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove the crust from the oven and spread 100 grams of tomato sauce over the top.
  8. Sprinkle 100 grams of mozzarella cheese evenly on top, then add 50 grams of pepperoni and sliced bell peppers.
  9. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and enjoy!
