  • Cooked chicken breast, sliced - 150 grams
  • Red bell pepper, sliced - 1 medium
  • Green bell pepper, sliced - 1 medium
  • Onion, sliced - 1 medium
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fajita seasoning - 1 tablespoon
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 150 grams
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 50 grams
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and bell peppers, sautéing for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast and fajita seasoning to the skillet, mixing well. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the chicken is heated through and the vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread a thin layer of the fajita mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the fajita mixture.
