- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 150 grams
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 50 grams
- Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and bell peppers, sautéing for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the sliced chicken breast and fajita seasoning to the skillet, mixing well. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the chicken is heated through and the vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread a thin layer of the fajita mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
