  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add the cubed chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the chicken marinates, prepare the vegetables by cutting the bell pepper and onion into chunks.
