- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Add the cubed chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken marinates, prepare the vegetables by cutting the bell pepper and onion into chunks.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
