- Whole milk - 240 ml
- Chocolate syrup - 60 ml
- Seltzer water or club soda - 240 ml
- Egg white - 1 large
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- Ice cubes - as needed
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the egg white and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
- In two tall glasses, add 30 ml of chocolate syrup to each glass.
- Pour 120 ml of whole milk into each glass over the chocolate syrup.
- Gently spoon the whipped egg white mixture on top of the milk in each glass.
- Slowly pour 120 ml of seltzer water or club soda into each glass to create a fizzy layer on top.
- Stir gently to combine the layers slightly, then add ice cubes if desired.
