  • Cheddar cheese - 40 grams, shredded

  • Olive oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Remove the sausage from its casing and form it into two patties.
  3. Cook the sausage patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
