  • Bell pepper (diced) - 1/2 cup
  • Onion (diced) - 1/4 cup
  • Spinach (fresh, chopped) - 1 cup
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
