Ingredients

  • Large Eggs - 4
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 100 grams
  • Heavy Cream - 60 ml
  • Cooked Bacon, chopped - 50 grams
  • Chives, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil or Butter - for greasing the muffin tin

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Grease a muffin tin with olive oil or butter to prevent sticking.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, and chopped chives into the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
