Ingredients

  • Large Eggs - 4
  • Heavy Cream - 120 ml
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 100 g
  • Cooked Bacon, chopped - 75 g
  • Spinach, fresh - 50 g
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Green Onions, sliced - 2 tbsp

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the spinach until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  4. Stir in the cooked bacon, sautéed spinach, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the egg mixture.
  5. Grease a small baking dish (about 20x20 cm) with olive oil, then pour the egg mixture into the dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and sliced green onions.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
