- Large Eggs - 4
- Heavy Cream - 120 ml
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 100 g
- Cooked Bacon, chopped - 75 g
- Spinach, fresh - 50 g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Garlic Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
- Green Onions, sliced - 2 tbsp
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the spinach until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Stir in the cooked bacon, sautéed spinach, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the egg mixture.
- Grease a small baking dish (about 20x20 cm) with olive oil, then pour the egg mixture into the dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and sliced green onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
