Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- Eggs - 4 large
- Greek yogurt - 2 tablespoons
- Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
- Paprika - for garnish
- Chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Steps
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water.
- Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat, then cover the pan and remove it from heat. Let the eggs sit for 12 minutes.
- After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 5 minutes.
- Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Set the egg whites aside.
- Mash the yolks with a fork and add Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika and chopped chives for garnish before serving.
