- Stale bread - 200 grams, cubed
- Vegetable broth - 250 ml

- Celery - 1 stalk, diced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
- Sage - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and celery, sautéing until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
