  • Stale bread - 200 grams, cubed

  • Celery - 1 stalk, diced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Sage - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and celery, sautéing until soft, about 5 minutes.
