Steps
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Peel and thinly slice the russet potatoes into about 1/8-inch thick rounds.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, dairy-free milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish, then pour half of the dairy-free mixture over the potatoes.
- Repeat with the remaining potatoes and the remaining dairy-free mixture, ensuring all the potatoes are covered.
- Sprinkle the gluten-free breadcrumbs evenly over the top layer of potatoes, then dust with paprika.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
