- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Dairy-free milk (almond or soy) - 60 ml
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ketchup - 2 tablespoons for topping
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, rolled oats, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated carrot, Dijon mustard, tomato paste, soy sauce, dairy-free milk, salt, black pepper, and chili powder.
- Mix the ingredients together until well combined, using your hands or a spoon.

- Spread the ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
