  • all-purpose flour - 1 cup (120g)
  • baking powder - 1.5 teaspoons
  • baking soda - 0.5 teaspoon
  • salt - 0.5 teaspoon
  • coconut oil - 2 tablespoons (30g), melted
  • maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • almond milk - 0.5 cup (120ml)
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
