  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (8g)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, curry powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
