- Vegetable broth - 500 milliliters
- Coconut milk - 200 milliliters
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion, garlic, carrot, and celery, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent (about 5 minutes).
