  • Coconut milk - 200ml
  • Vegetable broth - 100ml
  • Spinach - 2 cups, fresh
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Cilantro - for garnish, optional

Steps
