Ingredients

  • Cucumber - 1 medium, thinly sliced
  • Whole grain bread - 4 slices
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, finely chopped
  • Fresh chives - 1 tablespoon, finely chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, fresh dill, chives, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
  2. Spread the herb cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer the cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese on two of the bread slices.
