  • Carrot - 1 medium, grated
  • Spinach leaves - 50 grams
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, combine hummus, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
  2. Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
