  • Shredded Gruyère Cheese - 100 g
  • Green Onions, sliced - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
  3. Add the chopped bacon, shredded Gruyère cheese, sliced green onions, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the egg mixture. Stir until evenly distributed.
