- Green onion - 2 stalks, finely chopped

- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped carrot, cabbage, bell pepper, green onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Take a wonton wrapper and place a teaspoon of the vegetable mixture in the center.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it in half to form a triangle, and press the edges to seal tightly. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the wontons in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the wontons and drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
