Steps
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add zucchini and red bell pepper; sauté for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
