  • All-purpose Flour - 50 grams
  • Cornstarch - 25 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Baking Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - for frying

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, grated carrot, chopped bell pepper, and chopped green onion.
  2. Add the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and baking powder to the vegetable mixture and mix well.
