  • Green lentils - 100 grams

  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved

  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

  • Mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin) - 30 grams

Steps
