  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Avocado - 1 medium
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Red cabbage - 1 cup, shredded
  • Sliced jalapeños - to taste

Steps

  1. Press the tofu for about 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into small cubes.
