- Broccoli florets - 100 grams

- Snow peas - 50 grams
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves

- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks

Steps
- Press the tofu for about 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
- In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the tofu and cook until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the tofu and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli, red bell pepper, carrot, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the crispy tofu to the skillet, then pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together to combine and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
