  • Mixed salad greens - 100 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, grated
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey or maple syrup - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Press the firm tofu for about 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and crispy.
