- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Rice (cooked) - 1 cup
Steps
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
