Steps

  1. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Toss the tofu cubes in the cornstarch mixture until they are evenly coated.
  4. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
