Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked brown rice, egg, almond flour, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
