Ingredients

  • Salt - 1 tablespoon

  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
  2. Score the skin of the pork belly in a crisscross pattern, being careful not to cut into the meat.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork belly, ensuring it gets into the scored areas.
