Ingredients

  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Coconut oil - 1/2 cup (120 ml) for frying

Steps

  1. Rinse the frog legs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the coating mixture.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
  4. Dip each frog leg into the egg mixture, ensuring they are fully coated, then dredge them in the flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  6. Carefully add the coated frog legs to the hot oil in a single layer and fry them for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
