  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg until well mixed.
  4. Dip each fish fillet into the egg, allowing excess to drip off, then coat it thoroughly with the almond flour mixture.
  5. Place the coated fillets on the prepared baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.

  8. Once the fish is done, serve it hot with the lemon aioli on the side.
