- White fish fillets (cod or tilapia) - 300 grams
- Almond flour - 50 grams
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg until well mixed.
- Dip each fish fillet into the egg, allowing excess to drip off, then coat it thoroughly with the almond flour mixture.
- Place the coated fillets on the prepared baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
- While the fish is baking, prepare the lemon aioli by mixing mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
- Once the fish is done, serve it hot with the lemon aioli on the side.
