Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, mash the drained chickpeas with a fork or potato masher, leaving some chunks for texture.
- Add panko breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper to the mashed chickpeas. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
