- cumin - 1 teaspoon

- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- romaine lettuce - 2 cups, chopped
- cherry tomatoes - 1 cup, halved
- cucumber - 1 medium, diced
- red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
- feta cheese - 50g, crumbled
- lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, toss the drained chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
