  • canned chickpeas - 1 can (400g), drained and rinsed
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Spread the drained chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
