- olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Spread the drained chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
