Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs - 4 pieces (about 800g)
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - ½ teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a seasoning mix.
  4. Rub the seasoning mix evenly over the chicken thighs, making sure to coat both sides.
