- almond flour - 100 grams
- parmesan cheese, grated - 50 grams
- egg - 1 large
- olive oil - 30 ml
- garlic powder - 1 teaspoon

- salt - 1 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the chicken breast into tenders, about 2-3 cm wide.
- In a shallow bowl, beat the egg and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix the almond flour, grated parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender into the beaten egg, ensuring it is well-coated, then dredge it in the almond flour mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
