  • chicken breast - 400 grams
  • almond flour - 100 grams
  • parmesan cheese, grated - 50 grams
  • egg - 1 large
  • olive oil - 30 ml
  • garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - 1 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into tenders, about 2-3 cm wide.
  3. In a shallow bowl, beat the egg and set aside.
  4. In another bowl, mix the almond flour, grated parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Dip each chicken tender into the beaten egg, ensuring it is well-coated, then dredge it in the almond flour mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  6. Place the coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and turn to coat evenly.
