- Panko breadcrumbs - 100 grams
- All-purpose flour - 50 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon

- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a shallow bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, place the all-purpose flour. In a third bowl, beat the egg.
- Slice the chicken breast horizontally to create two fillets. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Coat each chicken fillet in flour, shaking off the excess, then dip into the beaten egg, and finally coat with the panko breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Meanwhile, toast the burger buns in a toaster or on a skillet until golden.
- To assemble, spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Add lettuce, the crispy chicken fillet, sliced tomato, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
