  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Snow peas - 100 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the diced chicken with cornstarch and black pepper until well coated.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
