- Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
- Cucumber, diced - 100 grams
- Red bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
- Avocado, diced - 1 medium

Steps
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
