  • Taco-sized corn tortillas - 4 pieces
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Red cabbage - 100 grams, shredded
  • Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, cornstarch, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
