  • Water - 100 ml

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the rice flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the egg and water together until well combined.
  3. Dip each calamari ring into the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
