  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Dried oregano - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry the zucchini, then slice them into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
