- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
- Panko breadcrumbs - 1 cup (100g)
- Parsley (fresh, chopped) - 2 tablespoons (optional, for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to form a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
- In a separate bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs. Roll the battered cauliflower in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Place the coated cauliflower wings on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
