  • Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced Andouille sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add the diced chicken breast to the pot and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced onion, bell pepper, and celery, cooking until they soften, about 5 minutes.
