- Spinach (fresh) - 150g
- Artichoke hearts (canned, drained) - 100g
- Cream cheese - 120g
- Sour cream - 60g
- Mayonnaise - 30g
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 30g
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 30g
- Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
- Onion powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Chop the artichoke hearts into small pieces and fold them into the cream cheese mixture along with the wilted spinach.
- Transfer the mixture into a small baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
