Ingredients

  • Fresh spinach - 200 grams
  • Canned artichoke hearts - 150 grams, drained and chopped
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
  • Sour cream - 50 grams
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, half of the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the sautéed spinach and chopped artichoke hearts to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture.
