- Fresh spinach - 200 grams
- Canned artichoke hearts - 150 grams, drained and chopped
- Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
- Sour cream - 50 grams
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, half of the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sautéed spinach and chopped artichoke hearts to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture.
